Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic Global Total Rewards Manager to be a key player in our evolving People team. In this impactful role, you will take the lead in managing and enhancing our global compensation programs, ensuring they are competitive and aligned with market trends. Your insights will be vital in shaping compensation strategies that attract and retain top talent while fostering equity across our diverse global workforce. Additionally, you will support the delivery of our benefits to our employees – ensuring our integrations to carriers are working flawlessly, run our internal audits procedures, and oversee our regulatory reporting requirements. You will also help us analyze the utilization of our benefit offerings to ensure we’re delivering the best possible experience for our Andelans.
Responsibilities:
Compensation Management:
- Assist in the development and implementation of global compensation strategies, including equity plans, bonus structures, and salary benchmarking.
- Manage compensation processes and ensure accuracy in data and reporting.
- Conduct internal and external benchmarking for roles, leveraging market data tools and survey submissions to inform compensation decisions.
- Analyze trends in compensation to recommend adjustments that maintain competitiveness within the industry.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to manage annual compensation reviews and promotion cycles, ensuring alignment with company goals and equity across the organization.
Benefits Administration:
- Assist the Benefits team in the administration of our integrations with benefit carriers and manage compliance with regulatory reporting for global insurances, 401(k), and pensions.
- Participate in audits to ensure the accuracy and compliance of benefit offerings.
- Analyze and report on the utilization of our benefit offerings, providing insights to enhance employee satisfaction and engagement.
Job Architecture & Global Compensation Framework:
- Develop scalable infrastructure for job architecture, global compensation grades, and salary bands that accommodate multiple employment classifications, including FTEs, PEOs, and contractors.
- Ensure alignment with different currencies, foreign exchange rates, inflation, and purchasing power parity (PPP) considerations in various markets.
Key Skills:
- 5-7 years of experience in Total Rewards or Compensation within a global setting, including regions such as Africa, LATAM, EU, and the UK.
- Strong expertise in compensation management, including equity, bonus plans, and salary benchmarking.
- Experience with the Workday compensation planning tool is highly desirable.
- Proficient in MS Office – especially Excel or Google Sheets, with advanced analytical skills to interpret data and generate insights.
- Familiarity with market data tools and experience with survey submissions for compensation benchmarking (e.g., Pave, Radford).
- Knowledge of employment classifications and experience managing compensation and benefits across multiple countries and currencies.
- Solid understanding of global compensation trends and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Annual salary for this position ranges $115,000 - $120,000 dependent upon experience.
