Clozd is looking for a Senior Recruiter to join our growing team! As a key player in shaping the future of our company, you will partner closely with our Sales, Client Services, Product/Engineering, and Marketing teams to source, screen, and hire top-tier talent. This role is not just about filling roles—it's about building a world-class team and influencing our overall talent strategy for our teams at Clozd. As a member of our people team, you’ll have the unique opportunity to collaborate in the development of core HR functions, from recruiting and onboarding to crafting a holistic employee experience at Clozd. This role will report to our Head of People and is an in-office role in Lehi, UT.

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Lead the end-to-end recruiting process, from strategic planning to offer acceptance, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership and hiring managers to understand critical hiring needs, refine job descriptions, and develop role-specific strategies.
  • Drive the sourcing strategy, with a strong focus on attracting and engaging passive candidates for critical roles.
  • Conduct in-depth interviews and provide insightful recommendations to hiring managers, influencing hiring decisions at the highest levels.
  • Manage and optimize the interview process, including scheduling, feedback collection, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Serve as a strategic partner during the offer process, advising on salary negotiations, offer approvals, and candidate closing techniques.
  • Maintain an in-depth understanding of Clozd’s organizational structure and collaborate with department leaders to anticipate future hiring needs.
  • Contribute to the development of HR functions, such as onboarding, benefits, and overall employee experience.
  • Champion employer branding initiatives, ensuring Clozd is positioned as an employer of choice in the tech industry.
  • Perform other strategic HR and recruiting initiatives as needed! Team members often wear a lot of hats at Clozd, so we love a collaborative team member who can bring great ideas to the table!

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in a SaaS/tech environment with a focus on mid-senior and hard-to-fill/specialized roles.
  • Proven track record of successfully sourcing and closing passive candidates for mid-senior level positions.
  • Experience partnering with executive teams and influencing hiring decisions.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and execute multiple initiatives in a dynamic, fast-paced start-up environment.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to build relationships and influence at all levels of the organization.
  • Strategic mindset with a passion for talent acquisition and the ability to drive long-term talent strategies.
  • Comfortable taking initiative and wearing multiple hats, with experience in broader HR functions being a plus.
  • Proficiency with Lever ATS (or a similar ATS) and LinkedIn Recruiter for sourcing, tracking, and managing candidates.
