  • We are seeking a forward-thinking Full-Stack Engineer to lead the development of our new Client Facing Observability initiative. In this role, you will build a comprehensive system that provides our clients with transparency into integrations, SSO, APIs, and reporting health.

Unlike traditional engineering roles, we view AI as a strategic partner. We are looking for a developer who embraces tools like Claude Code, GitHub Copilot or similar tools to accelerate coding, debugging, and documentation. We don't just allow these tools; we expect you to use them to ship high-quality features faster.

    The Mission

You will transform how our clients experience system reliability. You will enhance the client experience on the platform by improving observability features in key areas such as integrations and reports. You will develop a solution that delivers comprehensive visibility into system components, including:

    • Integration Observability: Real-time insights into SSO, Webhooks, and API traffic.
    • Reporting Health: Visibility into FTP files and report generation statuses.
    • Automated Insights: Infrastructure for future AI assistants and custom alerts.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Full-Stack Development: Develop robust backend services using C#/.NET and build intuitive client-facing dashboards using Angular frontend.
    • Observability Implementation: Integrate open-source observability stacks (specifically OpenTelemetry and SigNoz) to capture traces, metrics, and logs from distributed systems.
    • AI-First Engineering: Actively utilize AI coding assistants (Copilot, Cursor, Claude) to generate boilerplate, write unit tests, refactor legacy code, and accelerate feature delivery.
    • System Architecture: Design scalable RESTful APIs and microservices that can handle high volume of data for client integrations.
    • DevOps & Reliability: Work on containerization (Docker), orchestration (Kubernetes), and deployment pipelines and leveraging patterns such as sidecar containers to ensure the observability platform is as reliable as the systems it monitors.

    What We Are Looking For

    • Experience: 3–5 years of professional software engineering experience.
    • Tech Stack Proficiency:
      • Strong Backend skills in C# / .NET (8+).
      • Competence in Frontend development with Angular (or React/Vue with a willingness to switch).
      • Solid SQL experience (PostgreSQL/MS SQL) for schema design and query optimization
      • Enterprise Codebase Proficiency: Navigate and contribute effectively within a large, evolving C# codebase, refactoring legacy patterns, enforcing coding standards, improving resiliency, and introducing modern best practices without disrupting existing business workflows.
      • Familiarity with clean architecture, domain-driven design (DDD), SOLID principles, and structured layering in complex systems.
    • Observability Mindset: Experience with or a strong desire to learn observability tools like SigNoz, Datadog, Prometheus, or OpenTelemetry.
    • AI Adaptability: A demonstrated track record or strong enthusiasm for using AI tools to enhance productivity. You treat AI as an active collaborator.
    • Learning Agility: Ability to quickly bridge skill gaps. If you don't know a specific library, you know how to prompt an AI to help you learn it quickly.

    Bonus Points

    • Contributions to Open Source projects (especially in the observability or developer tool space).
    • Experience building developer tools, admin dashboards, or analytics products.
    • Familiarity with event-driven architectures.
