What you will do:

  • Develop strategy, create & manage campaigns on paid & affiliate digital lead gen channels - both PPC and PPL
  • Work with Sr. Director of Demand to develop and deliver on budgetary forecasts and targets on a daily, monthly, and quarterly basis
  • Manage and report on campaign spend, efficiency, quality and volume metrics
  • Manage communications and relationships with SDR leaders to troubleshoot and optimize for sales funnel conversion rates
  • Manage communications and relationships with lead gen channel vendors to stay up to date on latest tactics and best practices
  • Assists in the execution of ad hoc email marketing campaigns for all stages of Filevine’s customer lifecycles
  • Fill out landing page templates as needed for campaigns (paid, event, partner)
  • Regular reporting on success of campaign KPIs

  • You have outstanding communication and presentation skills; you are equally comfortable speaking in front of large audiences as with intimate groups of executives

  • You are biased toward action; you take a lot of initiative but are continuously collaborative


  • 3+ years of experience in a performance marketing role for B2B SaaS
  • In-depth understanding of Google Ads, Gartner PPC and PPL, Google Analytics, SEMrush,Hubspot
  • Strong track record of managing daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly objectives
