Responsibilities:
- Ensure clients are happy and no hurdles exist at the time of renewal
- Assist Account Managers with upsells and cross-sells during the customer’s renewal period
- Build relationships between customers and the support team
- Demonstrate the ability to retain clients and encourage product retention
- Be proficient in using a CRM to manage your pipeline. Be willing to learn Filevine sales process, leverage it to manage your business, and increase your effectiveness as a Renewal Specialist
- Develop sales strategies to improve client retention
- Work with multiple departments to create customizable retention plans
- Consistently meet/exceed sales quotas within predetermined time frame
- Report on activity and performance metrics
Requirements:
- 1-3+ years of Account Management experience
- Consistent, demonstrable record of achieving quota/objectives
- Hunger to join an startup company, work hard, and do great things
- Solid written and verbal communication, organizational and time management skills
- Excellent presentation and listening skills
