  • Ensure clients are happy and no hurdles exist at the time of renewal
  • Assist Account Managers with upsells and cross-sells during the customer’s renewal period
  • Build relationships between customers and the support team
  • Demonstrate the ability to retain clients and encourage product retention
  • Be proficient in using a CRM to manage your pipeline. Be willing to learn Filevine sales process, leverage it to manage your business, and increase your effectiveness as a Renewal Specialist
  • Develop sales strategies to improve client retention
  • Work with multiple departments to create customizable retention plans
  • Consistently meet/exceed sales quotas within predetermined time frame
  • Report on activity and performance metrics


  • 1-3+ years of Account Management experience
  • Consistent, demonstrable record of achieving quota/objectives
  • Hunger to join an startup company, work hard, and do great things
  • Solid written and verbal communication, organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent presentation and listening skills
