Major Job Functions

  • Own and manage a book of business
  • Ensure clients are happy and no hurdles exist to ensure renewal
  • Upsell and cross-sells; prospect into current accounts to find additional product opportunities
  • Build relationships between customers and support team
  • Demonstrate ability to earn business by conveying the value props of Filevine
  • Be proficient using a CRM to manage your pipeline. Be willing to learn Filevine sales process, and leverage it to manage your business, and increase your effectiveness as an Account Manager
  • Develop sales strategies to increase client pipeline
  • Consistently meet / exceed sales quotas within predetermined time frame
  • Report on activity and performance metrics


  • 3-6+ years Account Management experience
  • Experience managing a complex sales cycle
  • Experience cross-selling and up-selling Enterprise and Mid-Market Clients
  • Consistent, demonstrable record of achieving quota / objectives
  • Hunger to join an upstart company, work hard and do great things
  • Solid written and verbal communication, organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent presentation and listening skills
