Responsibilities

  • Leads all logistics pre, during, and post events including the management of all internal staff responsibilities and vendor relationships.
  • Works closely with the Director of Events on event strategy, goals, reporting and ROI.
  • Experienced in trade shows, field marketing, and other event types and willing to assist as needed throughout the year.
  • Expert in building event budgets and staying within budget parameters
  • Experienced in planning, executing, and handling all aspects of conference sponsorships, including coordination of logistics such as equipment, catering, marketing collateral, promotional giveaways, and company travel requirements
  • Ability to work with contracted production crew to ensure the highest quality user experience for the entirety of the event
  • Understand now to select, source, and handle top paid talent (speakers)
  • Implement strong internal and external communication strategy around events
  • Gain a deep understanding of Filevine customers
  • Maintain a working relationship with vendors and venues
  • Communicate and executive effective promotional materials for each event
  • Lead the strategic planning of the annual and quarterly events calendar and budget
  • Work with the marketing creative team to plan and execute the pre, during, and post event nurture and engagement programs
  • Handle individual event budgets, with focus on delivering high quality leads, upsells and generating pipeline, while maximizing the return on investment of each event
  • Manage external vendor relationships, including negotiating budgets and contracts
  • Experience with large events held in different locations across the U.S. a plus

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5+ years’ experience with event planning and execution
  • Highly organized and able to work in a fast and ever-changing environment
  • Personable and professional in your communications and appearance as a spokesperson for Filevine
  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience
  • Ability to get out of your comfort zone and make connections with potential clients and vendors
  • Strong communication skills, and the ability to present event ideas and plans to executives and vendors
  • Salesforce and marketing project management knowledge is a plus
  • Some travel required
