Key Responsibilities

  • Aid the marketing team in the creation of materials that could include social media content, email marketing copy, sales development team materials, PR pitches, award submissions, etc.
  • Review and verify existing lead data, correcting errors, and filling in missing details.
  • Develop and implement strategies for lead segmentation and categorization.
  • Utilize data enrichment tools to enhance lead profiles with additional information.
  • Conduct market and competitor research to identify potential new leads.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to understand their target audience and ideal customer profiles.
  • Utilize various lead generation tools and techniques to identify new prospects.
  • Assist in product research by collecting and analyzing competitive information and market trends.
  • Build and maintain competitor insights and battle cards for the sales team.
  • Provide actionable insights to the marketing teams to inform strategy and messaging.


  • Previous experience in a legal setting (junior associate, paralegal, etc.)
  • Strong ability to focus and work ethic.
  • Proficient in data entry and data management techniques.
  • Strong research and analytical skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
