Key Responsbilities

  • Brand Development: Collaborate with the Art Director and Senior Manager of Brand & Creative to refine and uphold Filvine's brand standards, ensuring consistency across all marketing materials, advertisements, and company communications.
  • Design Execution: Create visually compelling designs for digital and print media, including but not limited to social media graphics, website elements, email campaigns, events, and promotional materials.
  • Content Creation: Contribute to content creation by designing graphics and assets for video content.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, product, and sales to produce design solutions that meet strategic goals and resonate with our target audience.
  • Feedback Integration: Implement stakeholder feedback and ensure design solutions align with the company's vision and objectives.
  • Innovation: Stay updated with design trends, tools, and technologies to bring fresh and innovative ideas to the team continuously.
  • Bias For Action: At Filevine we move fast and are fearless in making mistakes. Being able to adapt and change is a vital part of this role.

Qualifications

  • Experience: Proven experience as a Designer, preferably in a tech or legal tech environment, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and creativity.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is essential.
  • Content Creation: Ability to work as a content creation springboard, providing creative solutions and ideas for engaging marketing materials.
  • Attention to Detail: Exceptional attention to detail with a keen eye for aesthetics and design principles.
  • Collaboration Skills: Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.

Bonus

  • Video Editing: Experience with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere, After Effects) is a plus, with the ability to create and edit video content.
