Responsibilities:
- Develop and Implement Marketing and Lead Operations Strategy
- Optimize Marketing and Sales Technology Stack
- Data Management, GTM and Business Analytics, and Pipeline Forecasting
- Lead Tracking, Management, and Nurturing
- Campaign Tracking, Execution, and Optimization
- Strategic process Development and Lead flow Automation
- Team Leadership and Development
- Budget Planning and Tools Management
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or MBA in Marketing, Business, or a related field or 7+ years of experience in marketing or revenue operations, preferably in a B2B software or technology environment.
- Strong understanding of marketing technology, data management, and process optimization.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with sales, product, and analytics teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
- Proven experience in data analysis, marketing automation, lead management, and reporting.
- Strong expertise in Salesforce CRM and HubSpot, including certifications in either or both.
- Excellent project management skills with a track record of managing complex projects across teams.
- Action oriented self starter confident in finding resources and removing barriers to ensure successExceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and team management abilities.
- In-office requirement in our Salt Lake City office
