Responsibilities
- Trade Show & Field Event Marketing:
- Create pre- and post-event sponsored email and sales development communications, driving awareness and follow-up engagement.
- Assist in tailoring content for booth assets and event collateral to align with event objectives and audience needs.
- Develop and schedule pre- and post-event social media posts to maximize visibility and attendee interaction.
- Develop engaging copy for event materials, including agendas, brochures, giveaway posters, and digital collateral.
- User Conference Program Communications:
- Write and manage all digital marketing communications for LEX, including promotional emails, social media content, and website copy
- Develop SDR and AE invitation cadences to boost event attendance and engagement.
- Create copy for user conference collateral, signage and other on-site needs
- Demand Generation Support:
- Develop and optimize evergreen nurture journey content to engage and convert leads at various stages of the buyer’s journey.
- Provide website copywriting assistance to ensure messaging is clear, engaging, and aligned with brand goals.
- Support the creation of targeted content for lead-generation cadences to enhance SDR and AE outreach efforts.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, PR, Marketing Communications or similar
- 3+ years of experience in marketing communications, content development, or a similar role.
- Strong copywriting and content creation skills across digital, print, and social media channels.
- Experience working with sales teams to develop personalized outreach cadences.
- Strong knowledge of Hubspot, Salesloft or similar tools
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities.
- Experience with event marketing, nurture journeys, and email campaign development preferred.
- Exceptional writing and editing abilities.
- Strong understanding of marketing channels, including email, social media, and events.
- Collaboration and communication skills to work cross-functionally with sales and marketing teams.
- Attention to detail and ability to customize messaging for various audiences and events.
