Key Responsibilities - Referral Development
- Shepherd inbound referrals from partnership managers to AEs, ensuring meetings are booked and deals move efficiently through the pipeline.
- Act as the liaison between partners and AEs to optimize referral conversions. Track and report on referral performance, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Engage with partner-sourced prospect lists to develop outreach efforts with the goal of generating new business and upsell opportunities
- Maintain organization and communication across teams to ensure seamless execution of partner-driven deals.
- On occasion, attend partner-events (with an AE or partner channel manager) with the goal of fostering greater partner relationships and sourcing referral opportunities.
Key Responsibilities - Outbound Prospecting & Partner Acquisition
- Proactively identify and recruit new referral partners, event sponsors, and reseller partners through outbound efforts.
- Leverage various approaches to engage potential partners via email, calls, social media, and events.
- Develop compelling outreach messaging and partner marketing campaigns.
- Support the development of co-marketing initiatives and partner enablement strategies.

Qualifications
- Experience in sales, partnerships, or a customer facing role (preferably in tech or SaaS).Strong outbound prospecting and business development experience preferred.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with multiple teams (Sales, Partnerships, and Marketing).
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience using CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) to track partnerships and referrals.
- Self-starter and proactive (action-oriented) mentality with a track record of executing on growth initiatives.
