What You'll Do
- Strategy & Execution
- Develop and implement end-to-end product-led growth strategies to drive user acquisition, activation, conversion, retention and expansion.
- Evolve Vinesign and Filevine Free Trials from beta programs to core growth engines that contribute meaningfully to revenue.
- Own the P&L, CAC, LTV, and ROI of PLG initiatives, ensuring they drive sustainable business value.
- Design and optimize in-product experiences that enhance engagement and boost conversion rates throughout the funnel.
- Formulate, test, and refine pricing and packaging strategies to improve in-product conversion.
- Growth & Optimization
- Implement growth marketing tactics to attract and acquire new users, optimize conversion rates, and increase customer lifetime value.
- Monitor key PLG metrics (activation, retention, expansion, revenue) and leverage data insights to refine strategies.
- Conduct A/B testing, user research, and funnel analysis to identify friction points and optimize onboarding.
- Lead and mentor a team focused on SEO, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and growth experimentation. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with marketing, sales, product, and engineering teams to align PLG strategies across the business.
- Ensure seamless handoffs between self-serve and sales-assisted motions, maximizing conversion opportunities.
- Advocate for PLG best practices, educating internal teams and driving alignment across stakeholders.

Qualifications
- 6-8 years of experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, or product management, ideally within B2B SaaS.
- Proven success in building and scaling product-led growth programs from start to evolution.
- Deep understanding of growth funnels, onboarding, retention, and expansion strategies.
- Expertise in SEO, CRO, web analytics, and data-driven marketing.
- Experience conducting market research, competitor analysis, and user behavior modeling.
- Hands-on experience with PLG tech stacks (e.g., Heap, Pendo, Intercom, Marketo, Amplitude, Mixpanel).
- Strong business acumen with experience managing P&L, pricing strategies, and financial modeling.
- Exceptional analytical, collaboration, and communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
