Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing partners, serving as the primary contact for their implementation processes.
- Monitor partner performance through NPS scores and provide actionable feedback.
- Act as a knowledge resource for Account Executives (AEs), helping them understand partner capabilities and ensuring clarity in partner engagements.
- Review AE calls for compliance with messaging and adherence to processes.
- Manage partner quote timelines, ensuring accurate pricing and process compliance.
- Conduct audits, spot checks, and address issues with missing or inconsistent quotes.
- Oversee deal desk and implementation pipelines, tracking the status of quotes and deals, ensuring proper submission and acceptance, and conducting follow-ups on unaccepted deals.
- Investigate variances in deal amounts and prevent unauthorized partner provisioning.
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide data-driven insights, improve processes, and address implementation challenges.
- Generate reports, analyze trends, and recommend optimizations for partner performance and deal outcomes.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in customer-facing roles; preferably in consulting, SaaS, hospitality, or project management. Bachelor's degree is a nice-to-have.
- Proven ability to build and manage strong relationships with both customers and partners.
- Strong data analysis skills to monitor trends and identify process gaps.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
- Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively in ambiguous situations.
- Demonstrated ability to take ownership of projects and drive them to completion.
