Responsibilities

  • Maintain confidential information regarding employee relations, job performance, personal conduct, and disciplinary actions
  • Mediate employee relations issues and respond to concerns
  • Provide resolutions to compensation and benefits questions, concerns, and issues.
  • Administer all leaves: ADA, medical, personal and parental leave
  • Develop and manage processes to optimize efficiency and quality
  • Identify opportunities to improve and drive culture change that align with the organization’s mission
  • Ensure the performance management is followed and effective
  • Maintain knowledge of laws, regulations, and best practices in employment law and human resources.
  • Ensures compliance with employment, benefits, insurance, safety, and other laws, regulations, and requirements.
  • Oversee and maintain FLSA audits Coordinate and oversee new hire orientation with the talent team
  • Lead and launch the performance quarterly training program
  • Update and create all human resources policies
  • Act as the first point of contact for employeesDelegate day-to-day matters to appropriate team members

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field
  • 6+years human resource experience
  • Experience with HRMS/HRIS systems
  • ​​Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
