What You Will Do:
- Produce and deliver high-quality, verbatim transcripts of depositions, hearings, and legal proceedings
- Use CAT software and transcription tools to scope, proofread, and finalize transcripts
- Ensure all work complies with state court reporting requirements and industry best practices
- Review and consult on transcript formatting, compliance questions, and procedural workflows
- Collaborate with our internal operations team on quality standards and process improvements
- Appear for live proceedings in a certified stenographic capacity as needed
What You Bring:
- Current Texas Certified Shorthand Reporter (CSR) license (required)
- Familiarity with Texas-specific procedural rules or legal terminology
- Experience with CAT software (e.g., Case CATalyst, Eclipse, etc.) and digital audio tools
- Ability to self-manage multiple deadlines in a remote environment
- A collaborative mindset and willingness to provide insights on transcription standards, legal formatting, and quality control
- Comfort with occasional live appearance work (e.g., remote depositions or proceedings)Experience working with legal marketplaces, agencies, or remote-first teams
