Responsibilities
- Identify and prioritize high-value SaaS and technology platforms that align with Filevine’s product roadmap.
- Build and apply an Ideal Partner Profile to focus outreach on partners with strong revenue and adoption potential.
- Engage executives, product leaders, and go-to-market decision-makers at target companies.
- Lead negotiations and structure integration and GTM agreements that drive referrals, co-selling, and new pipeline.
- Own the entire deal lifecycle—from initial contact through contract execution.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams to ensure seamless integration delivery.
- Co-develop and launch joint go-to-market campaigns to accelerate adoption and lead generation.
- Enable Filevine and partner sales teams with training, messaging, and sales collateral.
- Drive measurable growth through API contracts, co-marketing, co-selling, and referral programs.
- Track, analyze, and report on key KPIs related to revenue, lead generation, and user acquisition.
- Expand Filevine’s partner ecosystem by identifying and developing multi-partner, high-value solutions.
- Monitor legal tech and SaaS trends to identify emerging integration and partnership opportunities.
Qualifications
- 2-5+ years in B2B technology sales, business development, or new market creation (experience in SaaS or integration sales strongly preferred).
- Proven track record of winning net-new business and exceeding quotas in a hunter role.
- Ability to sell to multiple stakeholders, from C-level execs to technical leads.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Experience driving co-selling and co-marketing initiatives that result in measurable revenue.
- Proficiency with Salesforce, PartnerStack, or similar CRM tools.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications
- Understanding of SaaS architecture, APIs, and common integration frameworks (REST, GraphQL, webhooks).
- Familiarity with middleware, iPaaS platforms, or API management tools.
- Experience collaborating with product and engineering teams to scope and deliver integrations.
- Ability to translate customer and partner technical needs into clear business requirements.
- Comfort explaining technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and vice versa.
- Awareness of security, data privacy, and compliance considerations when integrating with third-party systems.
