Responsibilities
- Project Intake & Prioritization: Manage and optimize the flow of requests into the creative studio. Partner with stakeholders to clarify needs, scope, and deadlines.
- Scheduling & Resource Management: Balance priorities across designers, writers, and external partners. Ensure the right work is happening at the right time.
- Process & Workflow: Build and refine creative operations processes (briefs, approvals, reviews). Help the team deliver efficiently while maintaining high standards.
- Communication & Alignment: Act as the bridge between stakeholders and creatives, translating business needs into actionable creative projects.
- Tracking & Reporting: Monitor project progress, flag risks, and provide regular updates to leadership.
- Culture & Growth: Support a positive, high-performing design culture. Be hungry to grow into larger leadership responsibilities over time.
Qualifications
- Experience: 3–6 years in creative project management, studio management, or related roles (agency or in-house).
- Tools: Proficiency with Clickup (or similar project management platforms). Familiarity with creative workflows (design, copy, photo/video production).
- Skills: Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to juggle multiple projects while keeping stakeholders aligned.
- Mindset: Proactive, resourceful, and excited to grow. Able to bring both structure and empathy to creative work.
- Bonus: Experience in tech, agency, or high-growth creative teams. Interest in brand building and design culture.
