Responsibilities

  • Support the Operations team with day-to-day office management tasks.
  • Assist with onboarding: picking up equipment for newcomers, preparing hardware, and welcoming new hires on their first day.
  • Manage daily office needs and ensure smooth functioning of the workspace.
  • Coordinate office supplies and food supplies to the offices
  • Handle meeting room bookings
  • Support internal event preparations, including logistics and setup together with Operations team
  • Assist with device management processes in cooperation with the Operations team.
  • Participate in the hiring process and help ensure smooth onboarding and off-boarding.
  • Act as a contact point for the Czech office, solving daily issues and providing support to employees on-site.

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication skills in English and in Czech/Slovak – both written and verbal.
  • Based in Prague or able to commute regularly to the office.
  • Comfortable using tools like Google Workspace, Outlook, Slack, Zoom, and calendar management platforms.
  • Ability to work independently, while maintaining close alignment with a remote executive
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage calendars, schedules, and operational workflows efficiently.
  • High attention to detail – accuracy in documentation, scheduling, and daily office responsibilities.
  • Proactive mindset – someone who anticipates needs, solves problems, and takes initiative without waiting for instructions.
