Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end recruitment process for 10-15 open requisitions
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify ideal candidate profile
- Use LinkedIn Recruiter to source and find candidates
- Utilize ATS (we use Lever) to keep pipeline current and accurate, maintaining recruiting data validity
- Manage recruiting admin work such as: scheduling interviews, greeting candidates, completing onboarding, etc
- Develop and maintain a candidate pipeline through ongoing relationship management and proactive market research
- Build and adapt sourcing strategies to meet hiring goals for experienced candidates
- Act a Subject Matter Expert to help improve, refine, and evolve recruiting processes within the company
- Attend various networking events like campus recruiting fairs, partner networking events, and others to establish talent attraction initiatives
- Work cross-functionally with several teams, including those in Salt Lake City, Chicago, and those that work remotely
- Occasionally lead New Hire Orientation (once every 2 months)
Qualifications
- Prior experience working in recruiting and/or talent acquisition, ideally coming from an agency background or other high-volume environments
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Past experience owning full-cycle recruiting for multiple roles/requisitions
- Willingness to multi-task and reprioritize quickly
- Background, or an interest in, SaaS/tech recruiting
- Thorough understanding of HR policies and best practices
- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems, Job Boards and LinkedIn Recruiter or other recruiting/sourcing tools
- Ability to work independently and drive results with minimal direction
- Innate sense of urgency to drive the best results in the fastest amount of time
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology or relevant field is a ‘nice to have’
- Some travel to career fairs and other events may be required
