Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle recruiting for the R&D organization (Engineering and Product), from intake through offer and close
- Partner directly with hiring managers and engineering leaders to clarify role requirements, hiring priorities, and timelines
- Manage the complete candidate lifecycle in Lever (ATS), ensuring accuracy, organization, and timely follow-ups
- Personally conduct candidate screenings and coordinate all interview logistics, including scheduling, feedback collection, offer calls, and onboarding handoff
- Actively source experienced technical talent using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools to build qualified pipelines
- Maintain and nurture candidate pipelines through consistent outreach, follow-ups, and market research
- Evaluate candidates for both technical skills and cultural alignment, maintaining quality while moving quickly
- Adjust sourcing approaches and execution plans to keep pace with high-volume, fast-moving hiring goals
Qualifications
- 5-8+ years of experience in technical recruiting, ideally supporting high-volume, fast-growing teams
- Strong understanding of technical roles, including programming languages, frameworks, and modern engineering practices
- Proven ability to manage 15+ open requisitions simultaneously while maintaining organization, quality, and responsiveness
- Highly organized self-starter with excellent time management and prioritization skills
- Comfortable working independently and driving results with minimal direction
- Ability to be transparent, candid, and consultative with both internal stakeholders and external candidates
- Experience thriving in an agile, rapidly changing environment
- Skilled in conducting a range of interview types, including structured, competency-based, and behavioral interviews
Nice-to-Have
- Experience recruiting for SaaS or product-led organizations
- Past experience in an agency environment, or high-volume in-house role
- Experience mentoring or supporting junior recruiters
