Responsibilities:

    Brand Support & Asset Creation

    • Assist in the production of visual assets that align with Filevine’s brand identity, ensuring consistency in typography, color, and layout.

    • Help maintain and organize our brand design system, including iconography libraries and photography databases.

    • Support the team in enforcing brand guidelines across various internal departments.

    • Campaign & Social Design

      • Execute visual assets for marketing campaigns across social media, email, and digital display ads.

      • Design internal materials, presentation decks, and "swag" for company events and brand awareness initiatives.

      • Learn to translate complex legal-tech concepts into engaging, digestible visual narratives.

      • Digital & Exploration

        • Support the design of landing page graphics and web banners.

        • Explore motion graphics and basic animation to help bring our social content to life.

        • Collaborate with the web and product teams to ensure a seamless visual experience for our users.

        • Team Collaboration

          • Participate in creative brainstorms and contribute fresh ideas to the conceptual development process.

          • Work closely with copywriters and content strategists to see projects through from initial brief to final delivery.

          • Receive direct mentorship and feedback from our Creative Director to help sharpen your craft.

Qualifications:

    Required

    • Current student or recent graduate in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.

    • A strong portfolio (PDF or website) demonstrating a solid grasp of typography, color theory, visual hierarchy, and layout.

    • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (specifically Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign) and Figma.

    • An obsession with detail and a "no task is too small" attitude.

    • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-moving environment.

    • Strong communication skills and a willingness to explain the "why" behind your design choices.

    • Preferred

      • Experience or interest in motion design (After Effects).

      • Familiarity with basic web design principles.

      • An interest in B2B technology and how design impacts the "future of law."

      • Curiosity about AI-powered design tools and how they can be used to streamline creative workflows.
