What You'll Do:

    Pipeline & Deal Ownership
  • Own and drive the full sales cycle for AmLaw 500 accounts — from prospecting and outreach through negotiation and close.
  • Accurately forecast pipeline activity and report on progress against revenue targets.
  • Account Strategy & Expansion
  • Develop and execute a strategic account plan to penetrate and expand Filevine's presence within major law firms.
  • Executive Relationship Building
  • Build and maintain executive-level relationships with decision-makers at the largest and most influential law firms in the country.
  • Internal Collaboration & Alignment
  • Partner closely with the CRO and internal leadership to align go-to-market strategy with enterprise sales targets.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure a seamless experience from deal through onboarding.
  • Market Intelligence & Product Feedback
  • Contribute market intelligence and client feedback to inform product direction and roadmap priorities.
  • Thought Leadership & External Presence
  • Represent Filevine at industry events, conferences, and client meetings as a thought leader in legal technology.
  • Attend 8–10 high-profile industry events annually as Filevine's on-the-ground subject matter expert, representing both product and industry expertise to customers, prospects, and industry influencers.
  • Participate in podcasts, media interviews, and speaking engagements to articulate the value of Filevine's product to legal professionals and broader industry audiences.

What You'll Need:

  • 7+ years of enterprise sales experience, with a strong track record closing large, complex deals in the legal industry or legal technology space.
  • Demonstrated success selling into AmLaw 500 or equivalent large law firm accounts.
  • Existing network and relationships within Big Law; ability to open doors at the C-suite and Managing Partner level.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and executive presence skills.
  • Self-starter with the ability to build a territory strategy from scratch and execute with discipline.
  • Comfort operating in a fast-paced, high-growth technology company where priorities evolve quickly.
  • Experience with legal practice management, e-billing, or legal workflow technology is a strong plus.
  • JD is required.
