Responsibilities:

  • Drive new business and revenue growth within federal civilian agencies owning the full sales cycle from initial outreach through deployment.
  • Navigate the unique requirements of federal civilian procurement including FAR compliance, security standards, and agency-specific regulations.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers across federal civilian agencies, becoming a trusted advisor on AI-native case management and its implementation.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans that align with agency missions and modernization initiatives.
  • Coordinate closely with cloud service providers and system integrators to ensure successful deployment and integration.
  • Provide detailed market intelligence and customer feedback to product teams to ensure Filevine's offering meets federal civilian requirements.
  • Create and maintain account strategies and playbooks specific to federal civilian use cases and procurement processes.
  • Accurately forecast quarterly and annual performance track progress again annual revenue targets, and manage your pipeline with rigor in Salesforce.
  • Take a leadership role in growing Filevine's federal civilian presence while maintaining hands-on engagement with your key accounts.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of enterprise software sales experience with a proven track record of driving adoption of emerging technologies.
  • A consistent, demonstrable record of meeting and exceeding revenue targets and quota.
  • The ability to balance strategic leadership with hands-on execution — a conceptual thinker who also does the work.
  • Excellent relationship and trust building skills across multiple stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinking combined with relentless attention to detail in execution.
  • Preferred experience navigating complex procurement processes, compliance requirements, and civilian contracting vehicles and procurement mechanisms.
