We are looking to expand our footprint through partnerships with some of the largest players in the space and strategic integrations. We are working with the latest AI technology to solve some strong headwinds facing higher education.

We are looking for someone that can join the product team that has an awesome background helping organizations define and refine adoption metrics, build out great processes, training, and documentation for the GTM team, and work closely with the product and engineering teams to report where friction exists for those items to be prioritized.

What You'll Do as a Growth PMM:

Product Adoption Analytics: The number one thing we are looking for is someone to help us increase adoption of our products. Help define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) across all products and features to drive deeper product adoption and utilization.

Experimentation: In everything we do we believe in seeking truth and that is done by making educated guesses and testing those assumptions to have quantitative and qualitative results that we can proceed with confidence.

Market Insights: Collaborate with the product team to conduct market research and customer interviews to become the expert on Enrollment Marketers in Higher Ed, the competitive landscape, and industry trends.

GTM Enablement: Work alongside our product, sales, and marketing teams to develop marketing collateral, including product guides, sales enablement content to support product launches.

Product Training & Launch Management: Conduct training sessions to keep the GTM team and partner ecosystem updated on the latest product features and competitive positioning.

What You'll Bring:

PMM Experience: At least 5 years of B2B SaaS product marketing experience with a slant towards metrics and growth. Having an understanding of the AI and/or EdTech space is a plus.

Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for articulating complex technical concepts to an audience that is less technical.

Analytical Abilities: Robust analytical skills to evaluate product performance.

Charisma and Confidence: The ability to stand in front of a crowd and succinctly and emotionally communicate the impact of the relevant product release, with humility and flexibility when you are inevitably asked tough questions.
