Just like Amazon learns your shopping behavior and provides custom recommendations, Halda hyper-personalizes student website experiences and quickly guides students to the information most relevant to them. What You'll Do:

  • Become an expert in Halda’s products, helping customers implement our software tools in their unique website environments.
  • Address customer complaints and clearly articulate solutions to customer problems.
  • Manage multiple client projects at the same time, demonstrating strong organizational skills and ability to communicate with key internal stakeholders.
  • Write dynamic marketing content for Halda clients inside of Halda’s technology. High attention to detail and the ability to write without spelling or grammatical errors is crucial.
  • Develop empathy for prospective students and learn what will be most helpful to them at various stages of the student journey.
  • Contribute to a dynamic team that knows how to create top-notch client experiences, works hard, and has a great time doing it.
  • Make an impact as an early employee of a fast-growing startup! Your voice will matter and you’ll be a critical part of our team - not just a cog in a machine.

What You'll Bring:

  • You are a current college student pursuing a Bachelor's degree
  • Demonstrable skills with Excel / Google Sheets (especially in using formulas).
  • Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • The ability to work within a highly collaborative team
  • Willingness to ask questions and learn new skills quickly
  • High energy and a positive attitude that lifts others
  • Working knowledge of basic marketing principles preferred
  • Analytical skills and understanding of basic statistics principles is preferred
  • Basic HTML knowledge preferred, but not required
