The Role

We’re looking for a true hunter — someone who loves the thrill of starting conversations, finding qualified prospects, and turning cold outreach into warm opportunities.

As a Business Development Representative (BDR) at Halda, you’ll be on the front lines of growth — researching, prospecting, and booking meetings that help our team expand into new schools and markets. You’ll get into the weeds, learn our product inside and out, and collaborate closely with Account Executives and your pod to hit bold goals.

What You’ll Do

Own the top of the funnel: Identify, research, and prospect into target schools using a mix of tools.

Hit the numbers: Consistently schedule 1–2 qualified meetings per day, focusing on accounts that will close revenue

Pick up the phone — often: Make daily outbound calls to spark interest, overcome objections, and set up quality meetings.

Write messages that get replies: Craft authentic, compelling outreach sequences that grab attention and feel human.

Be the bridge: Hand off prospects to Account Executives with full context — goals, challenges, and conversation insights.

Iterate & improve: Test new talk tracks, share what’s working, and collaborate with the team to level up our plays.

Track your impact: Keep HubSpot clean, report your progress, and celebrate each win along the way.
