We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a part-time Account Management Specialist. This role offers a unique chance to be a key component of Neighbor’s revenue teams and gain practical experience working firsthand with Neighbor commercial partners and the Sales organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise between hosts and renters, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolutions.
  • Listing Management: Assisting with profile creation, listing optimization, and pricing strategies.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor host performance metrics, such as listing activity, occupancy rates, and guest reviews, and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of interactions with hosts, including notes on conversations, actions taken, and outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in customer service, account management, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and resolve conflicts diplomatically.
  • Comfortable extracting insights from data and making data-driven recommendations.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Tech-savvy – comfortable using digital platforms and tools for communication and data management.
  • Self-motivated and proactive, with a customer-centric mindset and a passion for delivering exceptional service.
  • Applicants must be located in Utah.

Schedule & Location

  • This is a part-time position with flexible hours. The typical workload may vary based on business needs but is expected to range from 20 to 25 hours per week. You will be required to work at least 2 hours a day in the interval between 10am and 4pm.
  • $15 per hour.
