Neighbor's new Expansion SDR will have an immense impact on Neighbor’s exponential growth in our Commercial business. This is an essential sales role as we expand our footprint within the businesses of our partners. Ambitious individuals who are proactive, articulate, and well-organized with an innate ability to sell are highly encouraged to apply. This person will report directly to our Head of Revenue Operations, Nathalia Choairy.

What You'll Do

  • Identify and pursue new opportunities to expand Neighbor's footprint within commercial businesses
  • Carry a recurring quota measured on successfully onboarded hosts within your book of business
  • Manage the implementation process for commercial real estate owners and operators, from initial contact to successful reservation
  • Collaborate closely with account executives, listing creation team, and marketing team to onboard locations effectively
  • Create and implement new processes to streamline the onboarding process and improve efficiency
  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any questions or concerns throughout the implementation process
  • Track progress and provide regular updates to internal teams and clients

Qualifications

  • 1+ year of proven experience in a sales role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Experience in commercial real estate is a plus
  • Experience in property management, particularly in multi-family, is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
