Your Mission

As our Senior Account Executive, you will:

  • Own the full sales cycle—from prospecting and qualification to negotiation and close.
  • Cultivate authentic relationships with mid‑market and enterprise clients.
  • Collaborate with marketing, customer success, and product teams to refine messaging and strategy.
  • Hit and exceed revenue targets, while contributing to our culture of continuous improvement.
  • Be a culture ambassador, sharing feedback and championing Plena’s values internally and externally.
What We’re Looking For

We want go‑getting, self‑motivated sales leaders who:

  • Have 3+ years of B2B SaaS sales or business development experience
  • Demonstrate a track record of surpassing quotas—you’re hungry, driven, and obsessed with success
  • Are skilled at client relationship management, negotiation, and closing complex deals
  • Know their way around CRM systems (Salesforce) and sales‑enablement tools
  • Possess a growth mindset—eager to learn, adapt, and mentor others
  • Hold a Bachelor’s degree (any) or equivalent experience
  • Optional: Ability to come in office for onboarding, and periodically, Lehi, UT
