The Enterprise Onboarding Manager is a vital member of the Podium team. This person will be responsible for the initial implementation and onboarding of key enterprise accounts. They will also oversee the planning, organizing, management, and execution of project tasks and resources to ensure our customers have a seamless and successful onboarding experience.

What you will be doing:

  • Primary contact during initial onboarding of enterprise accounts
  • Podium product expert
  • Develop and manage project plans, tasks, timelines, milestones and deadlines for assigned projects
  • Ensure all/additional customer requests remain within scope of work
  • Monitor and report on project status and issues both internally and externally
  • Coordinate and respond to customer issues
  • Communicate appropriate timeline and expectations with customers to ensure the ultimate customer experience
  • Building new processes and working with different departments to create a smooth implementation experience

What you should have:

  • 1+ years of experience in an onboarding/implementation role (in SaaS is a plus)
  • Experience working in a technical role, connecting SaaS systems
  • Exceptional written and communication abilities
  • Experience communicating directly with enterprise customers and partners
  • Proven track record of managing multiple concurrent projects with varying complexity levels
  • Excellent problem solving skills
  • Self-starter with prior experience navigating complex customer environments
  • Ability to sort through large volumes of data and drive insights and results

What we hope you have:

  • Bachelor’s degree. PMP certification a plus
  • Experience with Gainsight and Salesforce
