Lifecycle Marketing Intern

During this internship, you will work closely with the Lifecycle Marketing Team and be an integral part of making our lifecycle marketing channel strategy and campaigns run efficiently. We are looking for someone who is a creative problem-solver, high-energy, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and professional.

The ideal candidate should thrive in a dynamic environment, possess strong critical thinking skills, and have a keen interest in learning how to develop strategies that drive growth. This role will help drive the acquisition of new customers, retention and expansion/upsell of new products to our customer base. Additionally, we’re looking for someone who is passionate about marketing and interested in email, SMS, content, and product marketing.

What you will be doing:

  • Create and execute targeted marketing campaigns across various channels, such as email, SMS, and mobile push and develop content to engage prospects and customers at different stages of the lifecycle, including acquisition, onboarding, retention, and reactivation.
  • Utilize marketing automation tools, such as Marketo, to set up and automate customer journeys, trigger-based communications, and personalized messaging, ensuring timely and relevant interactions.
  • Research and identify marketing campaign opportunities
  • Support in the execution of campaigns across various channels, such as email, SMS, mobile push notifications, and more
  • Assist in analyzing key performance metrics to optimize strategies
  • Work closely with our GTM Partnerships and Sales teams to help deploy marketing campaigns through our largest partners
  • Coordinate across the Marketing org to execute on marketing assets and initiatives
  • Participate in strategy meetings
  • Help out with other projects and initiatives as assigned

What you should have:

  • Availability to work part-time at 20 hours/week
    • $17 per hour
  • Availability to work in office at the Lehi HQ 3 days per week
  • Availability for July-December
