Partner Support Specialist
The Partnership team is essential to Podium, driving revenue and fostering valuable collaborations. As a Partner Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting our Partnerships team by managing partner relationships, communications, and support processes.
What You Will Be Doing:
- Collaborating with Podium partners to route support tickets efficiently.
- Delivering a “human-first” experience by monitoring partner support channels and assigning tickets to appropriate teams (via Zendesk or email).
- Managing administrative tasks and maintaining accurate documentation.
- Driving efficiencies by sharing feedback, streamlining processes, and implementing smarter ways of working.
- Contributing to team success by collaborating on ongoing documentation and process improvements.
What Experience You Should Have:
- Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Currently residing in Guatemala.
- 2–3 years of experience in Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) support, ideally with a focus on business customers.
- Proven ability to support multiple SaaS or online software products.
- Experience improving processes and enhancing team efficiency, potentially as a Subject Matter Expert (SME).
- Strong independent working skills, including navigating ambiguity and prioritizing high-value tasks.
- Proficiency in Salesforce and Zendesk.

Compensation:
- $6.25/hour
