We are seeking an Associate Partner Manager, HVAC Partnerships to join our growing Partnerships team. This role will play a key part in supporting and expanding relationships with partners in the HVAC industry. The ideal candidate is proactive, relationship-focused, and operates with a results-driven mindset. This role requires a team player who can collaborate cross-functionally to drive revenue growth, execute partner initiatives, and optimize partner engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support Partner Relationships: Work with key partners to drive revenue growth and maximize engagement.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success, to enable partner success.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor and evaluate partner performance at events and meetings to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Event Planning & Execution: Work closely with the marketing team to plan and coordinate partner events and engagement strategies.
  • Industry Awareness: Stay updated on HVAC industry trends, competitor partnerships, and emerging opportunities.
  • Travel & Field Support: Be available to travel up to 75% of the time, with heavier travel during the busy season (December–April).
  • Partner Enablement & Training: Provide training for partner field teams to drive partner referrals and optimize performance.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience: 1-3 years in partnerships, business development, or sales, preferably within the HVAC industry.
  • Relationship Building: Strong ability to develop and maintain strategic partnerships.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to analyze opportunities and solve problems effectively.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Comfortable working with internal teams to support partner initiatives.
  • Self-Motivated & Results-Oriented: A proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Communication Skills: Ability to present and speak confidently to small to medium-sized groups.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with SaaS platforms, CRM systems, and digital marketing tools.
  • Experience working within the HVAC industry or adjacent sectors.
  • Understanding of referral-based partnerships and event marketing.
  • Ability to analyze partnership performance metrics to inform strategy.
