As a Senior Database Developer at Limble, you will enable Limble’s rapid growth through enhancing our current main MySQL database and architecting new database systems to scale with our expanding number of unsung heroes. Your impact will come from understanding the current and future database requirements of Limble CMMS and working with our Engineering team to develop innovative solutions to those needs. If you have a passion for interesting challenges and are experienced designing and scaling high performance databases we’d love to talk to you.

How you will make an impact:

• Help shape broad architecture through providing innovative database solutions

• Design and lead implementation of systems used by multiple teams

• Debug complex technical problems

• Support implementation of database solutions through software development

• Identify and proactively tackle system wide or organizational technical debt and contribute to creating and refining methods and procedures used by the team

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience with relational databases

• 5+ years with MySQL

• 5+ years experience designing and building web applications

• Strong track record of building, optimizing and scaling databases based on feedback from customers and internal teams

• Strong track record of delivering projects with broad business impact across multiple teams

• Attention to detail & quality

• Open to on-call rotation

• Experience coding with Node.js, Golang, and PHP a plus

• Experience with implementing and scaling NoSQL solutions a plus
