About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Manager of Product Design to lead our dynamic product design team. You’ll be responsible for shaping our design function, fostering innovation, and ensuring the highest level of design excellence across mobile and AI-driven UX solutions. This role requires deep expertise in mobile design, design systems, WCAG accessibility, and UX for AI-driven products while also excelling in cross-functional planning and collaboration with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Sales teams.
As a Manager of Product Design, you will be both a strategic leader and a hands-on contributor. You will mentor, inspire, and develop our talented designers while working closely with cross-functional teams to create intuitive, accessible, and engaging user experiences. How You’ll Make an Impact
Leadership & Team Management:
Lead, mentor, and grow a team of six product designers to deliver high-quality, impactful work.
Foster a culture of collaboration, feedback, and continuous learning.
Define and measure success for the product design team, ensuring alignment with business and customer goals.
Establish clear career growth plans and provide coaching to develop designers' skills and expertise.
Represent the design team in leadership discussions, advocating for the importance of design in achieving customer-centric solutions that align with business goals.
Champion design thinking and advocate for user-centered solutions across the organization.
Leverage a strong background in UX research to understand the unique needs of customers, translating insights into actionable design improvements.
Design Strategy & Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Partner with Product, Marketing, and Sales to ensure design solutions align with business objectives and market needs.
Develop and maintain a scalable design system to ensure consistency across all platforms.
Ensure compliance with WCAG accessibility standards, creating inclusive experiences for all users.
Contribute to and refine UX strategies for AI-driven products, ensuring usability and intuitiveness.
Influence decision-making with insights from user research and data-driven methodologies.
Hands-On Design & Process Optimization:
Work alongside the team to design mobile and AI-driven interfaces, user flows, and prototypes.
Drive research initiatives to deeply understand user pain points and translate insights into actionable design improvements.
Define and optimize design workflows, ensuring efficient collaboration and rapid iteration.
Maintain and document a comprehensive design system, streamlining processes for consistency and scalability.
Qualifications
8+ years of experience in product design, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role.
Proven expertise in mobile design, design systems, and UX for AI-driven products.
Strong knowledge of WCAG accessibility guidelines and ability to integrate inclusive design practices.
Experience in cross-functional collaboration, specifically with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Sales teams.
Proficiency in Figma and other industry-standard design tools.
A track record of successfully implementing and maintaining scalable design systems.
Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and the ability to translate complex scenarios into intuitive designs.
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
Empathetic leadership style that fosters trust and collaboration.
Experience with qualitative and quantitative user research methodologies and data-driven decision-making.

Experience working in SaaS or B2B platforms.
Background in AI-powered product experiences.
Experience with product-led growth strategies.
Benefits
$165,000 - $195,000; New hires are typically hired at a salary between the minimum and midpoint of the salary range, depending on experience and internal equity.
