About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Accountant to join Limble’s growing Finance team. In this role, you will own key aspects of the month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting. You will play a critical role in maintaining financial integrity, optimizing accounting operations, and driving process improvements. This role will require close collaboration with cross-functional teams, including Finance, FP&A, and Operations, to enhance financial processes and reporting. You’ll be successful in this role if you have a strong understanding of GAAP, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for improving accounting efficiency in a fast-paced environment.
What You'll Do in the Role
Own key aspects of the month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.
Prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and variance analyses to maintain financial integrity.
Ensure compliance with GAAP and support the development of internal accounting policies and procedures.
Assist with financial statement preparation, audits, and tax filings by collaborating with external auditors and tax consultants.
Support accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll functions to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
Partner cross-functionally with teams such as Finance, FP&A, and Operations to improve financial processes and reporting.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation to enhance accounting efficiency.
Assist in the implementation and optimization of accounting systems and software (NetSuite, etc.).
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA preferred.
5+ years of accounting experience, ideally in SaaS, technology, or a high-growth environment.
NetSuite experience required.
Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting requirements.
Proficiency in Excel and accounting software.
Experience in month-end close, reconciliations, and process optimization.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Audit experience
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
