About Limble

At Limble we empower the unsung heroes who support the world. We’re revolutionizing the way businesses manage their maintenance operations by providing a comprehensive suite of software solutions that empower organizations to optimize asset performance and drive operational excellence. From preventive maintenance to inventory management and beyond, our robust CMMS platform offers a suite of features designed to streamline operations and enhance productivity.

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior QA Engineer to help drive quality across our expanding engineering organization while establishing Limble’s presence in Bogotá.

This hybrid role blends technical leadership with early-site development. You’ll spend most of your time strengthening product quality through automation and testing while contributing to the setup and growth of our Colombian operation.

This is not a people management role, it’s a builder role. You’ll write code, define test strategies, and help lay the foundation for our LATAM engineering hub.

How you’ll make an impact

Technical Leadership (~80%)

  • Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks using Playwright and TypeScript

  • Partner with Product, QA, and Engineering teams as the voice of quality

  • Define and uphold testing standards for our growing LATAM engineering team

  • Mentor junior QA engineers and guide their technical growth as the team expands

  • Develop comprehensive test plans for web applications and APIs, and integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines

  • Drive continuous improvement in testing tools, methodologies, and processes

Site Development & Operations (~20%)

  • Support the establishment of Limble’s Bogotá office (target opening: 1H 2026)

  • Build relationships with local tech communities, universities, and vendors

  • Partner with Limble’s recruiting team to identify and interview top local talent

  • Coordinate local logistics and help establish foundational operations as we grow

  • Act as a cultural bridge between the U.S. and Colombian teams, fostering collaboration and alignment

(The operational portion of this role may fluctuate during the early site setup phase.)

Requirements

  • 7+ years testing complex B2B SaaS products

  • Proficiency in English (C1 or above)

  • Strong experience with Playwright or Cypress for test automation

  • Deep understanding of API testing (beyond using Postman)

  • Proven ability to build test frameworks from scratch

  • Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI)

  • Experience working with distributed or remote teams

  • Understanding of what makes teams and offices thrive

  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and building structure from scratch

  • Proactive problem-solver who takes ownership and drives outcomes

Nice to Have

  • Experience helping establish new teams, offices, or site operations

  • Familiarity with Colombian tech ecosystems or LATAM talent markets

  • Prior exposure to scaling QA automation in high-growth SaaS environments

Benefits

  • Competitive Salary

  • 15 Paid Vacation days annually

  • All Colombian national public holidays off

  • Supplemental Health, Dental, and Life insurance
