About the Role
In this role, you will play a critical part in designing enterprise architecture, overseeing daily operations, and contributing to long-term strategic planning. You’ll support both existing and new technologies across the organization; owning implementation, maintenance, and optimization of applications, integrations, client devices, and hardware. Your work will ensure systems remain scalable, performant, secure, and compliant, all in alignment with Limble’s operational and security standards.
You will also act as a point of escalation for complex technical issues, partnering cross-functionally and collaborating with vendors to ensure seamless day-to-day business operations. This is a hands-on, strategic role that offers the opportunity to build, refine, and optimize systems and processes that support Limble’s continued growth. This role reports to the Manager of Enterprise Technology Services and collaborates closely with stakeholders across the organization.
How You’ll Make an Impact
Partner with leadership to design, implement, and improve enterprise systems and technology strategies.
Administer user accounts, access controls, and integrations across Okta, Google Workspace, Office365, Slack, Zoom, and more.
Maintain accurate documentation and ensure system consistency.
Oversee system performance, updates, deployments, backups, and security compliance.
Ensure smooth day-to-day operations across devices, applications, and infrastructure.
Build and maintain automation workflows and scripts (PowerShell, Bash, Python, n8n, Terraform).
Lead system migrations, SaaS upgrades, and enterprise architecture initiatives.
Enforce security protocols, support incident response, and assist with SOC 2 and ISO 27001 compliance.
Mentor Tier I admins and Helpdesk staff, providing documentation, training, and guidance.
Act as a subject matter expert and primary escalation point for complex issues.
Manage vendor relationships for troubleshooting, licensing, and service support.
In-Office Responsibilities (Bogotá, Colombia — beginning Q1 2026)
Manage physical assets including inventory, maintenance, and secure equipment storage/disposition.
Configure and maintain in-office network technologies.
Occasional overtime may occur (typically rare); limited travel may be required.
Requirements
5–7+ years of experience implementing, maintaining, and troubleshooting enterprise systems.
Proficiency in English (C1+).
Experience with remote device management, identity management (Okta), automation/scripting, and enterprise operations.
Expertise with systems such as Google Workspace, Microsoft, Slack, Zoom, Salesforce, HubSpot, and Gong.
Strong understanding of Windows, Linux, and macOS.
Experience with device management, patching, and endpoint troubleshooting.
Mobile device configuration (Apple/Android) and MDM tools (Rippling, ABM).
Ticketing systems experience (Atlassian).
Knowledge of SSO, SCIM, Okta, Rippling Identity, and account lifecycle management.
Familiarity with endpoint protection, vulnerability remediation, and security best practices.
Experience with OU/GPO management, permissions, and directory structure.
Exposure to cloud and container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes, Cloud Run).
Ability to support SOC 2 and ISO 27001 compliance.
Basic networking knowledge (firewalls, content filtering).
Nice to Have
Experience with IaaS, PaaS, or infrastructure automation tools (Terraform).
Strong collaboration and communication skills across varied technical audiences.
High attention to detail and strong organizational skill.
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to meet deadlines.
Understanding of ITIL / ITSM best practices.
