About Limble

At Limble we empower the unsung heroes who support the world. We’re revolutionizing the way businesses manage their maintenance operations by providing a comprehensive suite of software solutions that empower organizations to optimize asset performance and drive operational excellence. From preventive maintenance to inventory management and beyond, our robust CMMS platform offers a suite of features designed to streamline operations and enhance productivity.

About the Role

Limble is doubling down on integrations as a core pillar of our upmarket and enterprise strategy. As Director of Integrations, you will own the strategy, prioritization, and execution of Limble’s pre-built integrations, as well as the partnerships and ecosystem that make them possible. Your mission is to make it effortless for customers to connect Limble with the rest of their mission-critical systems - ERP, purchasing, inventory, IoT, and more.

This role sits at the intersection of product, engineering, partnerships, and customer-facing functions. You will define the roadmap for in-app, pre-built integrations; manage relationships with iPaaS partners; lead the transition away from our legacy white-labeled iPaaS; and ensure integrations become a competitive advantage for Limble.

How you’ll make an impact

Integration Strategy & Roadmap

  • Own and continuously refine Limble’s roadmap for pre-built integrations across ERP, HRIS, Finance, Inventory, Sensors/IoT, SSO, and other systems that support enterprise workflows.

  • Prioritize requests based on customer demand, market needs, GTM input, and strategic value for mid-market and enterprise customers.

  • Convert business workflows into clear functional and technical requirements for engineering.

Execution & Delivery

  • Partner with engineering leads to ensure integrations are predictable, scalable, and reusable within PUG and the new platform architecture.

  • Manage the full lifecycle of each integration from discovery and scoping through design, development, QA, customer validation, launch, and ongoing improvements.

  • Create repeatable patterns and frameworks to accelerate integration delivery.

Customer & Market Discovery

  • Meet with customers and prospects to uncover workflow needs, data flows, and integration gaps.

  • Turn insights into structured requirements for the integration backlog.

  • Support enterprise sales by explaining how Limble fits into broader operational tech stacks.

iPaaS & Ecosystem Ownership

  • Own Limble’s strategic relationships with iPaaS partners (Prismatic, Make, Zapier, Paragon, n8n, etc.).

  • Manage the roadmap for Limble-built connectors across major iPaaS platforms, ensuring strong coverage, high quality, and alignment with each vendor.

  • Lead the transition away from legacy iPaaS tooling toward customer-supported iPaaS solutions or native pre-built integrations.

  • Ensure the ecosystem meets enterprise expectations for reliability, documentation, SLAs, scalability, and security.

Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Partner with Product, Engineering, GTM, Customer Success, Solutions Engineering, and Support to ensure integrations are delivered smoothly and meet customer expectations.

  • Own the intake, triage, and scoping process for integration requests coming from Sales and Customer Success.

  • Work with Solutions Engineering to create repeatable “integration playbooks” that support enterprise implementations.

Partner Ecosystem & Integrations Governance

  • Lead Limble’s ecosystem of integration partners building on the platform.

  • Provide guidance on when to use Limble’s pre-built integrations versus partner-built connectors.

  • Establish and enforce standards for partner-built integrations, including:

    • API usage guidelines

    • Data mapping expectations

    • Authentication and security requirements

    • Error-handling and reliability standards

    • Certification or review processes for quality assurance

  • Build a scalable partner enablement program with documentation, patterns, sample workflows, and reference architectures.

  • Help partners troubleshoot integration designs—not by building the solutions for them, but by ensuring they follow best practices and stay aligned with Limble’s roadmap and platform direction.

  • Act as the escalation point for high-impact partner needs, including roadmap alignment, joint customer requirements, and architectural decisions.

Requirements

  • 7+ years in Product, Technical Partnerships, Solutions Architecture, or Integrations leadership.

  • Understanding of operational workflows across systems like ERP, procurement, inventory, and facility/asset management tech.

  • Strong communicator who can sit in complex enterprise conversations and translate needs for engineering teams and for customers.

  • Comfortable building structured integration requirements (API calls, scenarios, events, data mappings, sync frequencies).

  • Experience owning or working with iPaaS solutions (Make, Prismatic, Zapier, Workato, Celigo, n8n, Tray.io, etc.).

  • Able to balance short-term delivery with longer-term ecosystem strategy.

  • Thrives in cross-functional environments and knows how to get alignment quickly.

Nice to Haves

  • Experience scaling integrations at a SaaS or B2B enterprise software company.

  • Understanding of CMMS, EAM, IoT, or operational/maintenance workflows.

  • Strong systems thinking - able to distill complex workflows and build integration patterns that scale across use cases.

Benefits

  • $200,000 - $230,000 USD Annually, depending on experience

  • Fully remote position
