Excellent English communication is crucial, but previous work experience in IT is not required.

Job Responsibilities:

1) Provide prompt, thorough, and accurate customer service and technical support to customers.

2) Conduct logical troubleshooting, utilize deductive reasoning and test workflows to isolate issues reported by customers to determine the best next steps to provide customers with quick and efficient resolutions.

3) Assist customers with becoming comfortable with new Mosyle features and functionalities and/or new management and security abilities introduced by new operating systems
